He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Barker and Aileen Barker (Hazel); his stepfather Harold Dorman; his sister Lucille Kilpactrick; and his grandparents, Harold and Bessie Hazel.
He is survived by: his wife Carol M. Zeigler; his daughter Crystal Brungard (Frank); his brothers, Wayne Dorman (Bonnie) and Denny Dorman (Kathy); his grandsons, John Brink and James Brink (Lindsay); his stepgrandson Nick Brungard (Amanda); and his great grandchildren, Harper and Quinn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
