He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Blair and Jennie Almeda Hugill (Ferguson); his brothers, James R. Hugill and John C. Hugill; and his great grandchild Ella Grace Hugill.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jane Hugill (Kitchen); his children, Thomas B. Hugill (Pamela), Edward E. Hugill (Trudy), Deborah K. McLaughlin (Vance) of Mahaffey and Wanda Hugill of Mahaffey; his grandchildren, William Hugill, Jr., Jonathan Hugill, Karen Norman, Amanda Brady, Eddie Hugill, Matthew Hugill, Tony Hugill, Corissa Baker, Ashley Struble and Stephanie Schneider; his sister Shirley Demelio; and his daughter-in-law Gail M. Hugill. He is also survived by 29 great grandchildren.
