He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude L. Harley and Eva D. Harley (Garis); and his siblings, Ray, Louise Garis, Fern Ruth and Jeanette Garges.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley E. Harley (Godshall); his children, Kenneth "Wayne" (Dana) of Hilltown, Franklin "Kim" (Darlene) of Mahoning Township, Kerry M. (Bethany) of Beauford, SC and Roxanne Kaye (Neil Bert) of St. Mary, MO; and his brother Linford (Nancy) of Millersville. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
