He was predeceased by: his father Charles Harding; and his wife Deborah Harding. He is survived by: his mother Bernita Tipple (Stocum) of Blossburg, PA; his children, Joshua Harding of Reading, CA, Wayne Harding of Cabot, AR and Rachelle Campbell (James) of Austin, AR; his grandchildren, Jessica, Skyler, Jayleigh, Athena, Anias and Eric; and his siblings, Michael Harding of Blossburg, PA, Charles "Chip" Harding III, Lisa Moyer of Mainesburg, PA and Pam Rose (Mark).
