He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Strange and Myrtle Strange (Rice); his son Tom Strange; his great grandchild Austin Clark; and his siblings, Arthur Strange, Bing, Rusty, Bob, Vivian and Barbara.
He is survived by: his spouse R. "Elaine" Strange; his children, Steve Strange (Karen) of Mansfield, PA, Mary DeWalt (Ray) of Mansfield, PA and Diane McNett (Paul) of Mansfield, PA; and his nieces, Mary Ann Besley (Doug) of Elkland, PA and Melinda Fekety of Winter Haven. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
