Iacobucci (Jane); her grandchildren, Melissa Iacobucci (Matt Lair), Alison Werner (Brett), Jessica Rodgers (Jacob), David, Amelia, Annina, Emma, Gillian and Adele Iacobucci; and her great grandchildren, Jack, Jacob, Vivian Annina, Cecelia, Jordan, Georgia and Julian.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the St. Thomas of Villanova/Rosemont Chapel (1229 E Lancaster Ave, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010). A Mass was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at the Ss Peter & Paul Cemetery (1600 Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA 19064).
