He is survived by: his children, Karen (Barry Balmuth), Lisa (Keith Knightly), Susan Zimmerman and Brian (Lynn Faherty Zimmerman); his grandchildren, Chad, Megan, Tim, Dan, Bridget and Paige; and his close friend Patricia Erceg.
