“My cousin Mark & I came together as friends after the death of my my mother. We both shared a love of Joan Scarpone & a mutual distaste for the vast majority of Triumphos. We spoke over the phone often & for hours. He was an awesome, down-to-earth man who 'told it like it is' & didn't pull any punches. We both suffered the same type of treatment from family & there was a loving solidarity forged in our shared commiserations. Mark will be missed by the many who loved & admired him. Peace,”
