She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Meredith; and her child Lee Ann MacMullen. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Smith, Leslie Hanna, Lynn Hyatt, William H. Meredith IV and Laurie Boyle (Kevin); her sister Susan C. Hosey (Art); and her sister-in-law Janet Meredith. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
