She was predeceased by: her parents, Armando Ferry and Myrtus Ferry (Wilson); her daughter Kelly; and her sister Myrtice. She is survived by: her husband Leonard J. Gillespie, Sr.; her children, Leonard J. "LJ" Gillespie, Jr. (Amanda) and Shannon Gillespie; and her grandchildren, Jackson, Leia and Meadow.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Philip and James Church (723 E Lincoln Hwy, Exton, PA 19341).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Pat to her daughter's scholarship fund.
