He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip R. Shelly, Sr. and Helena Shelly (Kauffman); and his brothers, Phillip Shelly, Jr. and Richard Shelly. He is survived by: his spouse Carolla E. Shelly (Myers); his children, Dennis E. Shelly, Jr. of Mount Wolf, PA and Tracey May (Rich) of Manchester; and his brothers, Gary Shelly of York, PA and Ronald Shelly of Manchester. He is also survived by five granddaughters; six great grandchildren.
