She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wolfe and Helen Wolfe (Puscher); and her husband James J. Welka. She is survived by: her children, Karen R. Lentz (Brian) of Erie, Colleen A. Callahan (Regis) of Erie and John H. Welka (Tiffini) of Erie; her grandchildren, Jeramy, Jessica, Lucas, Jacob, Noah and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Winnie and Theodora; her brother Harry Welka (Susan); and her close friend Sheryl Umpleby. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory (845 E 38th St, Erie, PA 16504). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
