He was predeceased by: his wife Carol L. Weirich (Heagy); his parents, Chester E. Weirich and Eula Weirich (Hoover); his brother Royce Weirich; and his grandson Kyle Weirich.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve Weirich of Manchester, PA, Tim Weirich (Margie) of Manchester, PA and Jeff Weirich (Andrea) of Manchester, PA; and his siblings, Larry, Nevin, Robert, Dave Weirich, Pat Kindig, Peg Senft and Karen Nicholas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center (87 S Main St, Mt Wolf, PA 17347). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
