With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Herbert K. Herr of Manchester, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Herr and Margaret I. Herr (Zarfoss); and his sisters, Norma Stough and Caroline Sweitzer. He is survived by: his wife Lois J. Herr (Richards); his daughters, Karen E. Beaverson of York and Nanette S. Herr of York; and his sister Patricia R. Robertson of Dover.
