He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret L. Farrell (Behnke). He is survived by: his father Vincent J. Farrell of Dover; his children, Kathleen M. Cartwright (Kevin) of Dover and Grant T. Farrell (Samantha Bupp) of York; and his brothers, Timothy Farrell of Dover and Vincent Farrell of Seven Valleys.
