We announce the death of Alan M. Keating of Manheim, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 31, 2026, at the age of 82. Alan will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence L. Keating and Dorthea Myers Keating; his spouse Ruthanne Pietsch Keating; and his brothers, David L. and Lawrence L. Keating.
He is survived by: his children, Penny L. Falcon of Willow Street and Joseph A. Keating of Manheim; his grandchildren, Todd M. (Brianne High), Tara L. Falcon and Braiden S. Keating; and his nieces, Dori Shetter and Dana Cunningham.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Buch Funeral Home - Manheim (21 Market Square, Manheim, PA 17545). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Buch Funeral Home (21 Market Square, Manheim, PA 17545).
