She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence J. Stratton and Evelyn Wands Stratton; her husbands, Roderick W. Frey Sr. and Clair C. Hoffer; and her sister Janet.
She is survived by: her children, Roderick W. Jr. (Cindy Frey) of Mount Joy, William S. Frey of Lancaster, Jody (Tim Hess) and Jennifer. She is also survived by four grandchildren, three great grandchildren and three step grandchildren.
