He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll M., Sr. and Lucille G. Leaf (Keeney); and his sister Lucinda Leaf. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Leaf (Heather) of New London, CT, Jacob Leaf (Lindsey) of Mount Joy, Kristin Dziedzic (Joseph) of Gillette, NJ and Nicholas Leaf of Staten Island, NY; and his sister R. Valerie Mann (Gary) of Ohio. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
