He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward F. Moyer and Minerva I. Moyer (Schoffstall); and his siblings, Harry Moyer, Freda Wolff, Helen Brown, Mary Klinger, Marion Moyer and Lois Tolzman.
He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Keiffer (Levenite); his children, Steve Moyer (Sheri) of New Cumberland, Tracy Wilt of Camp Hill and Kim Elliott of Crestview, FL; his stepson Jonathan Keiffer of Hallam; his grandchildren, Joshua Moyer, Michael Elliott, Kayla Elliott and Aubrey Keiffer; and his great grandchildren, Liam and Ellen.
