He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Phillips and Ella Young Phillips; and his sisters, Mae E. Eckert and Dorothy Young. He is survived by : his close friend Cindy Witmer; his daughters, Lorretta Phillips and Georgina Phillips; his granddaughter Shannon; and his siblings, Shirley Freed Golden and Herbert Freed.
