He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl H. and Mary I. Stover (Reigle); his siblings, Lester, Warren, Donald, Grace Sanders and Ruth Zern; and his son-in-law Herb Fogleman.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel L. Stover (Wine); his sister Eva Bupp; his children, Judy Fogleman, Scott Miller (Tammy), Todd Miller, Micki Miller and Melissa Ries (Chris); his grandchildren, Casey Crawford (Brice), Kyle Miller (Michaela), Anna Hoy, Zachary Fogleman (Tierney Bechtel), Tyler Miller, Ian Fogleman (Erin Schupper), Kaila, Katie Miller, Emma Ries, Luc Ries, Alysa Mease (Derrick), Lance Fogleman and Elizabeth Fogleman; and his great grandchildren, Piper Crawford and Ronin Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
