Howard leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Howard’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Howard will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Stark and Gladys Weachter (Earhart); his brother Russell Weachter; and his close friend Jerry. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Weachter (Forney); and his siblings, Dennis (Deborah (Hummel) Weachter) of Lititz and Darlene (late Vernon Steely) of Lititz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
