He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin L. Frey and Mildred L. Risser Frey. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary J. Brubaker of Landisville and Anna Lois (Elwood Hess) of Manheim. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
