He is survived by: his parents, James V. Ottaviano Jr. and Bonnie Jean Ottaviano (Thompson) of Douglassville; his wife Therese Ottaviano (Rushanan); his son Cage Ottaviano (Kristen) of Mohnton; his grandchildren, Layne, Levi and Lainey; his brothers, Jamie Ottaviano (Karen) of Douglassville and Brandon Ottaviano (Michele) of Exeter Township; his mother-in-law Marie Rushanan; his brother-in-law Emil Rushanan (Donna); his nephews, Gia (Sophia), Gavin, Carter, Mikayla and Jovie (Bridget Dougherty); his goddaughter Clem Rushanan; his daughter Wren Rushanan; Kevin, Annastasia, Miles, Archer and Estella.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM at the St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church (201 Randel St, Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
