He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Shepherd and Verlyn Shepherd (Sawyer); and his brother Kenneth Hall. He is survived by : his son Dustin Mark Shepherd of Lancaster; and his siblings, Larry Hall (Debra), Bill Hall and Kimberly McCombs (Steward).

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stradling Funeral Home (30 N 9th St, Akron, PA 17501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
