We announce the death of Phyllis L. Hinerdeer of Manheim, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 12, 2026, at the age of 98. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood Shenenberger and Lorene Berntheizel Shenenberger; her husband Donald E. Hinerdeer; her former husband Sydney H. Showers; her son Jamieson R. Showers; and her brother Richard "Dick" Shenenberger.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey L. Showers (Grace) of Elizabethtown; her stepdaughters, Kathy J. Martin of New Holland and Donna H. Givler (Douglas) of Landisville; and her grandchildren, Derrick, Danielle and Megan. She is also survived by seven step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; eight step-great-grandchildren.
