Ruth G. Shelly Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruth G. Shelly of Manheim, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 1, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Ruth may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband David M. Shelly; her parents, Amos G. Kulp and Amelia Kulp (Geib); and her son Dale K. Shelly. She is survived by: her children, David Shelly, Jr. (Faye) of Manheim and Deb Schompert of Manheim; her grandsons, Michael Schompert (Jennifer), Douglas Shelly and Bryan Shelly; and her great grandchildren, Calleigh, Noah and Brielle Schompert.
Viewing will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Buch Funeral Home (21 Market Square, Manheim, PA 17545).
