He was predeceased by: his father John D. Nissley; and his foster brother Julio Napoleonis. He is survived by: his mother G. Elaine Nissley Witmer (David Witmer) of Stevens; his siblings, Michael Nissley of Houtzdale, Joel (Keri Nissley) of Manheim, Randall (Melanie Nissley) of Ephrata and Sherri (Ernest Zimmerman) of Talco, TX; and his sister-in-law Andrea (Nelson Rutt) of Ephrata. He is also survived by nine step siblings and their spouses.
