With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vicky L. Bell of Manheim, Pennsylvania, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 14, 2021 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Zimmerman and Carolee Zimmerman; and her stepdaughter Tenele Bell. She is survived by: her husband Mark Bell, Sr.; her son Mark Bell Jr.; her stepdaughter Tara Bell; her grandson Grady; her parents-in-law, Henry, Peggy Bell, Mt Joy, Amy Santiago (Danny) and Scott Bell Lebanon (Dawn); and also Greg Zimmerman.
