She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Smith and Violet Smith (Mitchell); and her siblings, Jack M. Smith and Lori A. Lashley. She is survived by: her sons, Wesley Smith of Bedford, Michael Smith of Manns Choice and David Duitman Jr. of New Paris; her grandchildren, Cristy, Kyler, Jamie and Kevin; and her siblings, Terry Smith of Alum Bank, Tammy Crawford (Daniel) of Alum Bank and Robb Smith Sr. (Goldie) of Manns Choice. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
