He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Bard and Charlotte Pyles Bard; and his siblings, Ronald Bard and Jane Shope. He is survived by: his wife Verdine B. Termin Bard; his son Mark L. Bard of Manor; his stepgrandson Matt Davis of Jeannette; his sister Linda Doyle of York; and his sister-in-law Eva Bard of Mill Creek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
