He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Mitchell and Beatrice Mitchell (Baity); his wife Ronda Mitchell (Moore); and his parents-in-law, Ronald and Eleanor Moore.
He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Graham (Neal) of Mansfield, PA; his grandchildren, Mackenzi Graham (Nick McCarthy), Ashley Creamer (Kenny) and Lacey Graham (Keith Vance); his siblings, Charlene Sampson (Walter) of Wellsboro, PA, Jonathan Mitchell (Karrie) of Mansfield, PA and Cheryl Martin (Guy) of Mansfield, PA; and his brother-in-law Rusty Moore (Laurie) of Stafford, VA.. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
