He is survived by : his mother Anna Kelly (Morgan) of Corning; his wife Tracey Lehman of Mansfield, PA; his children, Steven Arnold (Amanda) of Corning, NY, Megan Kelly of Mansfield and David Lehman Kelly of Mansfield, PA; his granddaughter Lilah Decker of Troupsburg; his sisters, Christine Kelly and Kathline Kelly of Lancaster, PA; and his aunt Sharon Eisenhower (Ike).
