It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Neil Harlan of Mansfield, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 14, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Gertrude Harlan and Diffendofer. He is survived by : his wife Annette Louise Harlan (Shostak); his children, Marcus, Lisa, Gina, Shelley and Jennifer; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Nasseer, Shaniya, Alexander and Morgan; and his great grandchildren, Micha and Evelyn.
