He was predeceased by : his parents, Lloyd Charles Jacoby, Sr. and Esther M Pisle Jacoby. He is survived by : his children, Heather Jacoby Yacovissi and Jonathan Jacoby; his daughter-in-law Rachel Krouse Jacoby; and his grandchildren, Jonah Yacovissi, Daniel and Amelia Jacoby.
