With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phyllis Chamberlain of Mansfield, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 23, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Kennedy and Gertrude Kennedy (Stone); her husband Richard Chamberlain; her son Michael Chamberlain; and her siblings, William Kennedy and Shirley Rice.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Chamberlain (Lugene) of Mansfield, PA and Judy Lynn Beckwith (Robert) of North Prairie, WI; her grandchildren, Tyler Chamberlain (Martha), Cassie Chamberlain, Jessica Beckwith and Stephanie Bartolazzi (Jordan); her great grandchildren, Nora, Parker, Amelia, Arlo, Mabel and Lester; and her sister Charlotte Smith of Mansfield, PA..
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bakerburg Community Church (197 Grey Vally Road, Mainesburg, PA 16932). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at the State Road Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Bakerburg Community Church.
