He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elwood Heffner and Joan Heffner (Graff); his children, Ron Heffner (Marion) of Tioga, PA, Corrie Heffner of Tioga, PA, Curtis Heffner (Heaven) of Whitneyville, PA and Lisa Heffner; and his brother Jeff Heffner (Lynne Wagner) of Middlebury, PA. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
