He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hoffman and Mary Jensen Hoffman; and his siblings, Billy Jensen and Kathy Hoffman. He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Hoffman, Patricia Hoffman (Kenny) and Jessica Hoffman (Steve); his siblings, Jackie Emery, Jim Hoffman (Donna) and Nancy Smith; his former wife Sharon Hoffman; and his grandchildren, Shane, Brooke, Ronan, Jacob, Nolan, Nathan, Ella and Landon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
