She was predeceased by : her parents, Jeff Owen and Nancy J. Hendrix Monk. She is survived by : her son Jonathan (Whitney Johnson) of Marianna; her siblings, Rebecca Bierer, Douglas J. Monk, Jennifer Greene and Sherri Turner; her grandsons, Elijah Landon Johnson and Shawn Keith Grimes II; her daughter Dina Monk; and her sister Patty. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
