He is survived by: his children, Wayne of Marietta, Francis of Marietta, Benjamin of Marietta and Veronica Fulton of Marietta; and his siblings, Edward Fulton of Bainbridge, Tina Hardy (Jerry) of Bainbridge and Keith Fulton (Sherri) of Maytown.
