It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cecelia Jackson-Phoenix of Marietta, Pennsylvania, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 24, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman Yeshulas and Gladys Yeshulas (Tarlton); her husband Raymond Phoenix; and her former husband Ralph Warrington. She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Warrington-Fisher (Charles Fisher) of Marietta, Cecelia Ann Warrington-Sanchez of Harrisburg and Ralph Warrington Jr. of Lancaster; her stepsons, Joseph of Boston, Massachusetts and Daniel Phoenix of Boston, Massachusetts; and her grandchildren, Louisa Warrington, Ralph Warrington-Forbes and Denzel Fisher. She is also survived by grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, as well as many other friends and family.
