She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Forbes; her parents, James Bergen and Genevieve McKane Bergen; and her sisters, Mary Taylor and Catherine Hafto.
She is survived by: her children, Robert (Nancy Forbes) of Millersville and Virginia (Daniel Roy) of Lancaster; her grandson Eric Forbes; and her brothers, Robert, Charles Kelly and John Bergen.
