She was predeceased by: her aunt Danielle Bence. She is survived by: her parents, Jack W. Fetsko and Denise C. Fetsko (Bence); her grandparents, Jack, Susan Fetsko Sr., Dennis of Marion Center and Darlene Bence of Marion Center; her siblings, Todd Fetsko (Kylee) of York, PA and Jacalyn Fetsko (Zane Gee) of St. Albans, VT; and her aunts and uncles, Brandi Ziel (Scott) of North Olmsted, OH, Steven Fetsko (Angie) of Waco, TX, David Bence of Marion Center, Ashley Holbay (Todd) of Johnstown, PA and Lucy Fetsko of Cranberry, PA.
Memorial donations may be made in Ada's memory to UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, Child Life Department – Art Therapy.
