He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Ritchey and Dorothy Griffith Ritchey; his wife Florence F. Molchan Ritchey; his brother Ronald Ritchey; and his brother-in-law Clair Hagerich.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Gelwicks (Keith) of Marion, Mark Ritchey (Victoria) of Chambersburg, Monica Burkholder (Douglas) of Chambersburg and Alison Holmes (Chuck) of Marion; his grandchildren, Andrew, Kurtis, Alex, Sharah, Randy, Kristin, Christian and Austin; his great grandchildren, Camden, Hunner, Cameron, Brantley, Karter and Cash; his sister Delores Hagerich of Johnstown; and his sister-in-law Wally Ritchey of Fayetteville.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the West Side Brethren in Christ Church (2665 Lincoln Way W, Chambersburg, PA 17202). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
