She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl D. West and Jane West (Brown); her former husband Ronald Mickey; and her husband Jay H. Hartman. She is survived by: her children, David Mickey (Jeri) of Marion and Melody Mickey of Marion; her grandchildren, Morgan and Kelby; and her brother Richard West (Sue) of Chambersburg. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Heidelburg Church (166 Colorado St, Marion, PA 17235). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Heidelberg Church (166 Colorado St, Marion, PA 17235).
