He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bevilacqua and Carmel Bevilacqua (Narducci); his granddaughter Jillian Marian; his nephew Pete DeLucia; his niece Michelle Jeffries; and his son-in-law Joe Marian.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah A. Bevilacqua (Havrilak); his daughters, Karen Marian and Lisa Cotto (Rafael); his grandchildren, Joseph "Joey" Marian, Alisha Boykin, Giovanni and Antonio Cotto; his sister Janice Lubanovic (Andrew); his niece Marie DeLucia; his great-nephews, Rocco, Anthony DeLucia, Beau and Blake Jeffries; and his great-niece Adrianna DeLucia.
