With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Henry Mitchell of Markleysburg, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 26, 2025 at the age of 86. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Mitchell and Alice Mitchell (Boyd); his wife Shirley V. Mitchell; and his siblings, Bill Mitchell, Sonny Mitchell, Norm Mitchell, Glenn Mitchell and Fanny Mitchell.
He is survived by: his sons, Henry Mitchell Jr. (Brenda) of Markleysburg and Jason Mitchell (Jamie) of Uniontown; his grandchildren, Ashley Danko (Troy), Bethany Spinetti (Nathan), Zachary Mitchell (Rachel), Eli Mitchell (Jalyn) and Anna Mitchell; and his sister-in-law Mary Jarrell of Markleysburg. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
