She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Fazio and Maria Mazza Fazio; and her brothers, Armand Fazio (Grace) and Albert Fazio (Anne). She is survived by: her sister Lena (Poulos); her significant other Fred Mancini; her daughters, Mary Jo Horvat (Robert) and Patricia Manion (Sean); and her grandchildren, Anne Horvat, Liam Manion, Joseph Horvat, Keagan Manion and Maeve Manion.
