He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Check and Dorothy Check (Metzler); and his brother-in-law Mike Cline. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Check (Estep); his children, Christopher M. Check and Kristen G. Check; his pet Cleopatra; and his siblings, Melvin Check (Pat) of East Brady, Barry Check (Susan) of Worthington and Tammie Cline of Freeport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
