He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert J. Schaper, and Dolores Wish Schaper, Sr.; and his brothers, Gary and Jeff Schaper. He is survived by : his wife Judith A. Manski Schaper; his children, Lindsey Chancellor (Rob) of Conway and Lauren Firestine (Garret) of Butler; and his grandchildren, Carson Chancellor and Baby Firestine.
